The assignment process includes 2 phases: Phase A (pre-selection) and Phase B, which is further divided into individual stages, namely Stage B.I (Dialogue) and Stage B.II (Submission of Tenders). The Project has as its object the study (drafting of any additional studies, updating of existing ones on demand, etc.), financing, reconstruction, operation and technical management/maintenance, as well as the provision of security/guarding and cleaning services of the Old Student Residence at Zografou University of Athens Metsov University of Technology. Through the implementation of the Project, the Contracting Authority aims to modernize the existing catering and catering infrastructure that will allow safe and quality accommodation for students and academic staff. In summary, IFS undertakes: (a) to prepare the studies necessary for the construction of the Project, based on the applicable environmental conditions, and to ensure the timely issuance of all the permits and approvals provided for by the texts provisions, (b) the construction works of the building infrastructures and the renovation and configuration of the surrounding space, as well as the supply of equipment, in order for the above infrastructures and spaces to be fully...
