COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE FACILITIES OF THE FACULTY OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCES (FER)
The subject of the procurement is the performance of complete renovation works of the facilities of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), Building B and Building C as part of the project "Renovation of infrastructure and equipment in the field of education damaged byresom".
Technical specifications are included in the technical and project documentation, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.
The ordering party notes that the project documentation published in the attachment of this Procurement Documentation refers to all FER buildings, i.e. Buildings A, B, C and D, while beforethe procurement procedure is carried out for the procurement of works on buildings B and C. In the complete project and technical documentation, which is an attachment to this procurement documentation, the complete renovation of buildings B and C is detailed, and the cost estimate for the execution of the complete renovation works for those two is attached. buildings. Kain order to enable the execution of works only on the two listed buildings and the functioning of the two renovated buildings, it is necessary to carry out a certain amount of work on the separation of the installations of buildings B and C from the other buildings (buildings A and D) that are not intended for complete renovation. Also, future works of nand the renovation of buildings B and C will not be carried out at the same time, it is necessary to separate the interconnected installations of those two buildings so that building B can function independently while works are being carried out on building C.
