Tender Details

The contract concerns a collective housing construction operation carried out by SASU imprints on the Arènes site, with partial demolition of an existing building and taking into account an Orange technical building kept in operation for the entire duration of the operation. The reference pre-program provides for an operation of approximately 3, 500 m² of floor space, in R+3, made up of housing from T2 to T4, with a share of approximately 30% of social rental housing, the necessary parking, as well as the associated outdoor and landscaped spaces. The contract is broken down into a firm tranche and two optional tranches: firm tranche: ESQ mission serving as an operational feasibility phase, with production of at least two hypotheses of feasibility; optional tranche 1: AVP mission; optional tranche 2: PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR missions and assistance during the perfect completion guarantee. The operation presents strong technical constraints linked to maintaining the activity of the Orange site, continuity of access 24/7, to existing networks, management of nuisances, vibrations, technical interfaces, phasing of the site and security of the installations. The forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at 7, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax
