CONTEXT: The mission concerns the construction of a public utility housing building, on land belonging to the City of Verviers. The studies and works will be subject to the Ministerial Order of September 29, 2023 granting an optional subsidy to category 1 municipalities, aimed at redeployment of public utility housing following the floods of July 2021. In this context, the project author will take note of and apply the requirements (technical and eligible positions) of the Order (attached in ANNEX G). LOCATION AND PROGRAM: Address: rue des Allies, 67-69 at 4800 VERVIERS Cadastre: VERVIERS 1 DIV/SECTION A/NO95M Desired program: Housing building (1 dwelling per floor) similar in size to adjoining buildings and resilient to flooding. Outdoor space to be developed with a view to sharing it with the accommodation in the building located at the back of the plot (rue des Raines, 86). Estimated works budget: €1, 410, 000 excluding VAT SKILLS: This is a complete mission for a SET OF PROJECT AUTHORS which includes: - A complete architectural mission; - A complete stability engineering mission; - A complete technical engineering mission special; - A health and safety coordination mission (for the project and implementation phases); - A mission relating to PEB regulations (feasibility study and PEB manager), if applicable.
