The purpose of purchasing equipment is to increase the volume of production of tungsten concentrates to achieve prognoznykh volume kombinata. - Gravitational modules based on centrifugal concentrators are purchased at the IOF of JSC UzKTM in order to increase the level of extraction of tungsten from waste. -Terms of operation • Yearly operation number of days - 365 days; • Working mode - 24 hours a day; • Coefficient of use of equipment - 0.90-0.95; • Share of solid particles in feeding - 35-45%; • Share of +1 mm class - 0.22-1.5%; • -1.0 +0.5 mm class share - 8-15%; • -0.5 +0.315 mm class share - 15-20%; • -0.315 +0.15 mm class share - 45-65%; • -0.15 +0.074 mm class share - 4-15%; • -0.074 +0 mm class share - 4-12%; • Specific weight of ore - 1.8 t/m³; • Height above sea level - 492 m; • Seismic level of the construction area - 8 points; • Dust level in the main building - 2 mg/m³; • Relative humidity - should not exceed 75%; • Climatic performance - category "U" according to GOST 15150-69, placement category 3; • Estimated air temperature - from -10°C to +45°C; • Equipment in an unheated (non-heated) building.
