Complementary Works Municipal Market The project called “COMMUNITY MARKET COMPLEMENTARY WORKS, COMUNA DE LA LIGUA”: The successful Contractor will have the obligation to carry out an exhaustive analysis of all the technical background of the project, including specifications, calculation reports, plans and applicable regulations. This study must guarantee optimal execution of the works, with adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The project called “WALL CONSTRUCTION MUNICIPAL MARKET CONTAINMENT, LA LIGUA COMMUNITY” contemplates the execution of a reinforced concrete retaining wall intended to stabilize the existing land in the La Ligua Municipal Market sector, safeguarding the safety of people, buildings, adjoining properties and surrounding infrastructure. The work considers, among other items, installation of tasks, cleaning and clearing of the land, temporary closure, topographical layout and layout, excavations, removal of surpluses, improvement and preparation of the foundation ground, execution of reinforced concrete footings, walls and buttresses, installation of reinforcement and formwork, waterproofing, drainage, structural filling, quality controls, tests, safety measures and all the complementary works necessary for its correct execution and reception. The main wall will have an approximate length of 80 meters, variable height with an approximate average of 4.25 meters, thickness of 0.30 meters and a continuous footing of approximately 1.90 meters wide by 0.40 meters thick, in accordance with the structural plans, calculation report, technical specifications and other project background.
