Tender Details

Objectives of the study 1- Use the methodology of studies of drawable volumes from the Seine-Normandy basin to characterize/evaluate the resource available outside of use, current uses and the needs of the environment. 2- Validate/invalidate the management units defined during the previous diagnosis. If they are invalidated, propose others better suited to determining the volumes that can be sampled. 3- Define low flow objectives, potentially mobilizable volumes and extractable volumes during low water periods per management unit. 4- Inform the members of the COPIL about the effects of climate change on the hydrology in the territory via a prospective climate change on hydrology by the management units. 5- Determine the social-economic impacts of the volumes withdrawn on all uses. 6- Possibly take into account developments in the sizing of the PTGE action program.
