This procedure, defined by arts. R. 812-1 et seq. of the Energy Code, aims to select beneficiaries of the support system for low-carbon hydrogen production sectors by water electrolysis or renewable hydrogen on French territory. The conditions for granting aid will be specified in the specifications established at the end of the selection phase of candidates eligible to participate in the procedure. The aid will last for a maximum of 15 years. This is the second wave of the SA.101951 aid scheme which was the subject of a decision by the European Commission. The competitive bidding procedure described in Articles R. 812-1 et seq. of the Energy Code includes a phase of selection of eligible candidates, and a phase of designation of winners, from among the selected candidates, to benefit from the support.
