This procedure defined by the energy code will select the beneficiaries supported to produce carbon-free hydrogen on French territory. The conditions for granting the aid will be specified in the specifications published after selection of the candidates. The support will last for 15 years. This procedure, defined by arts. R. 812-1 et seq. of the Energy Code, aims to select beneficiaries of the support system for low-carbon hydrogen production sectors by water electrolysis or renewable hydrogen on French territory. The conditions for granting aid will be specified in the specifications established at the end of the selection phase of candidates eligible to participate in the procedure. The aid will last for a maximum of 15 years. This is the second wave of the SA.101951 aid scheme which was the subject of a decision by the European Commission.
