Description : 1. The Capiz Provincial Government, through the GOP CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Seventy - Five Thousand Pesos (₱3, 775, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Competitive Bidding for the Construction of Multi - purpose Building in Barangay Sinamongan, Pilar, Capiz, Under ITB No. 2026-071C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Capiz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Completion of the Works will start from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidder should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
