The purpose of the competition is the purchase of services for the creation of a digital database with typologies and architectural/ construction details of traditional/ historical buildings. The digital database is expected to include typologies of building for exceptional and typical examples from various areas of the island, but also formal, authentic and new construction details and local variants. The ultimate goal of this action is to provide information material through the digital database, both to the general public for information and educational purposes, as well as in professionals to be used as standards for the development of rehabilitation proposals for architectural heritage buildings. It is noted that this material will be based on structural information models (BIM), which are a comprehensive digital representation of the natural and functional characteristics of an infrastructure.
