Purpose of the competition: The Authority wishes to invite a number of entities with expertise to update and enhance its digital strategy, and to build and improve the digital infrastructure and an integrated operational model for digital transformation in order to achieve an effective digital transformation characterized by efficiency and innovation, with an emphasis on exploiting technologies. Digital to serve andEnhancing the strategic objectives and main operations of the Authority. The digital projects that will be identified within this project are expected to meet the Authority's current and future digital needs, thereby keeping pace with the latest technological developments to achieve its goals and enhance its position in the field. This document represents the minimum requirements.The quality and efficiency that must be present in the required implementation process, which allows the applicant to submit a complete, clear, detailed and accurate bid in all organizational, technical and administrative aspects.
