The operation concerns the entire building of the Planetarium of Brittany (currently 1, 126 m2).

The site development work is distributed as follows:
- The reconfiguration of the projection room of 315 m2With its passageways and technical spaces in an immersive room, stunned and oriented which constitutes the heart of the project. The supply of equipment for planetarium and engineering for their installation is the subject of another specific market.
- The redevelopment of public reception spaces, Including reception and information spaces, a shop, sanitary facilities and changing rooms.
- The creation of a permanent exhibition space with a news space.
- The redevelopment of two educational rooms to accommodate schoolchildren and the creation of a storage space.
- TheRedevelopment of staff premises, including: a set of offices, a sanitary block with sink, a break room and a small meeting room, storage spaces.
- The redevelopment of technical and maintenance premises.
On the building forecourt, it is planned to installOutdoor mediation devices to allow the public to wait before sessions and to understand what a planetarium projection is.
