Tenderers are invited to participate in an open tender contest for the awarding of framework agreement to a tenderer, for the procurement of forestry services for Meraker Brug.The framework agreement will apply for the period 1.1.2025-31.12.2026. The competition will be held as an open tender contest in accordance with the regulations on public procurements, parts I and III. In an open tender competition it is not allowed to negotiate the tenders. This means that tenderers must submit their final tender by the tender deadline expiry. The contracting authority has the right, however, to request in writing that tenderers submit a supplement, clarify or supplement the received information or documentation within a short additional deadline if the information or documentation appears to contain errors or uncertainties, or if certain information or documents are missing.
