I. The subject of the Competition is the preparation by the Competition Participants, in accordance with the terms of the Regulations, of a coherent and comprehensive architectural and urban concept for the extension of a building with an office and administrative function for the needs of the Marshal's Office Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Kielce at Aleja IX Wieków Kielc. II. The competition is a two-stage, limited and implementation competition, i.e. in which the Prize is a cash prize and an invitation from the author (Competition Participant) whose work received the 1st prize, to be negotiated under a single-source procurement procedure, in order to provide a service based on the competition entry. The subject of the service is described in the Important provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the Regulations. III. The aim of the Competition is to obtain the best, in terms of architecture, urban planning, spatial and functional-utility, architectural and urban concept for the investment "Expansion of the building of the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Kielce at Aleja IX Wieków Kielce". IV. The competition is conducted in the procedure of a two-stage limited urban and architectural competition: 1. Qualifying stage. 2. Stage I - studies. 3. Stage II - preparation of competition works. V. May be awarded in the Competition three main cash prizes, i.e.: 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize, with the first (1st) Prize awarded to the best competition entry.
