The State School Homes are tendering for the Defusing instructor training. The training is aimed at the staff of school homes. The goal is to train personnel to guide defusing conversations after psychologically stressful situations. The staff consists of nursing, education and teaching staff. In the beginning, the need for training is 10-15 people, but later always as needed. The scope of the education must be 2 credits or similar content. The training should be organized as a close training, including preliminary and intermediate tasks. Implementation is also possible as part of other defusing training organized by the trainer (so not necessarily a training aimed only at the staff of school homes). A more detailed explanation in the description of the procurement. The trainer is required to have a suitable university degree and experience in implementing defusing or debriefing training. In addition, at least two references from the trainings carried out for the corresponding professional group during the last two (2) years. social services and other special services. The content of the service is related to the psychosocial support and training of social care and health care personnel. The procurement contract will be concluded with one service provider for three (3) years. In addition, the possibility to use the option for one (1) year is reserved. Training is ordered as needed.
