Competition to conduct field research to investigate the needs of training in digital skills of specific population target groups
Description: Providing services for conducting field research to investigate the needs of training in digital skills of specific population target groups. The contract that will come from the tender concerns the field research to investigate the needs of citizens' groups that are offered or can be offered, training in digital skills by KEPA and/or RAD. Covering the telephone survey should be nationwide and cover at least two thousand six hundred people. The contract also includes the conduct of about one hundred twenty personal interviews and about seventeen catering groups. The research aims to collect data from specific target groups on the level of their digital knowledge and skills as their needs from digital transformation on both personal and professional level.
