The subject of the Convention concerns the disposal of the hosting of the "European Day Day 2026" conference, the relevant exhibition, the themes (workshops) as well as the reception and registration of the delegates. In addition, it includes the configuration and equipment of auxiliary spaces/offices with furniture and the provision of meals and drinks, as well as the disposal of suitable parking. The venue of the "European Day Day 2026" conference and parallel events should be within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Limassol and concerns a period of four (4) days, from Tuesday 19 May 2026 until the night of Friday 22 May 2026.
