Competition for - Framework agreement for lock and fitting works with associated material Stavanger municipality, Sandnes municipality and Sola municipality, hereinafter also referred to as the Contracting Authority, hereby invite competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of complete services with material within locks and fittings, as well as other goods and services that naturally fall under the locksmith industry. The client is not a single legal entity. The municipalities use a common competition basis, but will enter into separate contracts with the winner of the competition and shall be considered as 3 clients with different delivery and invoice addresses. Stavanger municipality has a secretariat function for this competition and takes care of all contact with the suppliers on behalf of the municipalities until the contract is signed.
