Competence system Swedavia will procure a new competence system that will support three central HR processes training, performance and succession. The system must be delivered as a SaaS service and include usage rights for both internal and external users, implementation, training, support, maintenance and documentation. The assignment also includes migration of relevant information from the current solution and necessary integrations with neighboring systems For the cases that companies applying for tenders want to make use of European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) Swedavia will make this possible by sending out the document to the tendering company on request.
