Detailed_Description : This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is issued by Reconnect-s Community Shared Services Collaborative on behalf of a multi-service community health services provider (“the Participant”) and invites prospective Proponents to submit proposals for salary survey consulting services. Reconnect Health Services (Reconnect) is a community health service provider located in the west end of Toronto that provides an array of health services to support over 7000 seniors, caregivers, and individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges each year. Reconnect also provides several system supports through its Community Shared Services Collaborative (CSSC) with the objective of providing assistance and building capacity in the community health system, including but not limited to facilitating professional development opportunities, digital health advancements and procurement. As part of these services, Reconnect through its CSSC is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Participant with the goal of selecting a Proponent to provide these services to the Participant. Through this RFP, the Participant wishes to engage with a successful Proponent to provide compensation survey consulting services to gain insights into industry compensation rates for all roles at the organization including executive, management, front-line and back-office staff functions. These compensation packages should include but are not limited to, salary ranges, benefits, RRSPs provision, and any other relevant workplace incentives or benefits that the Proponent feels will be relevant to helping the Participant make informed data-driven strategic decisions to attract and retain employees.
