Compensation ConsultingThe Service Provider will provide comprehensive compensation consulting services to support the IESO's compensation strategy and ensure alignment with market practices. Market Benchmarking & Competitiveness As requested by the IESO, conduct detailed compensation and total remuneration benchmarking (non- executive and executive jobs) against market and public sector standards, provide gap analysis, and deliver strategic recommendations with tailored reports. As requested by the IESO, deliver customized reports and presentations that summarize findings, methodology, peer comparators, and rationale for recommendations. Reporting should be suitable for presentation to senior leadership and governing bodies.Leverage in-depth knowledge and understanding of compensation practices specific to the public and broader public sectors in Ontario. Familiarity with unionized environments, energy sector and relevant legislation will be considered a significant asset.Provide access to an extensive, credible, and up-to-date proprietary compensation database that includes data from both public and private sectors, with specific insights into the Ontario market. Pay Structure Assessment As requested by the IESO, analyze current salary structures, identify compression issues or inconsistencies, and recommend structural changes to the pay structure.
