Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the servicing of commercial vehicles for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk. These services will consist in particular in servicing, technical support and repairs of current and major commercial vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party. The subject of the order consists of one part. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order are set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.2. The method of implementing the subject of the order is determined by: No. 3 to SWZ Draft contract.3. The contractor undertakes to implementation of the service in accordance with legal regulations, technical standards and automotive principles.4. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974 Labor Code Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1040, 1043 and 1495) continuously throughout the duration of the Agreement, the person(s) performing service activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order.5.
