Compact automated storage system +4 degrees Celsius for the NFI The order concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of a compact, automated storage system +4 Celsius for the Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI) in Den Hague, Netherlands. The storage system is approximately refrigerator-sized and stores a minimum of 500 AutoLys tubes with DNA traces and a minimum of 6000 FluidX tubes with DNA extracts at a temperature of 4°Celsius. Following a warranty period of at least 1 year, maintenance will follow for 10 years and then the option to continue maintenance until the end of the storage system's technical lifespan. There is also an option to purchase a second, identical storage system, included maintenance until the end of the technical lifespan. The aim is to conclude a single agreement with a contractor who will take care of the delivery, installation and maintenance, including for the optional second storage system. Contracting authority goes out of an estimated total order value, including ALL options, of € 940, 000.
