the general services administration office of the chief information officer (ocio), enterprise server & storage management division (ios) has a "name brand" requirement for the purchase of commvault software premium support. This order is conducted under the authority of federal acquisition regulations (far) part 12, acquisition of commercial items and far part 6.302 other than full and open completion for name brand "commvault" software premium support maintenance renewal. This rfp does not intend to use far 15 principles.

You are hereby invited to submit a price proposal in response to this rfp request. Proposed pricing is to be offered against contractor s current commercial list price. If you are interested in this acquisition, you may participate by submitting your rfp response in accordance with the instructions that follow.
