The City of Tamarac uses Commvault as its backup and recovery solution, and seeks to procure and renew its Commvault Cloud Backup and Recovery solution for Microsoft 365 Enterprise from authorized Commvault partners and/or resellers to ensure the continued protection, availability, and compliance of critical municipal data. This solution provides comprehensive cloud-based backup and recovery capabilities for Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, virtual machines, and file/object data, while supporting regulatory and compliance requirements. The City will be migrating to Commvault's SaaS product as part of this purchase.
The renewal includes:
Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery for Microsoft 365 Enterprise with Compliance, licensed for 512 users with 50GB of storage per user, delivered as a prepaid one-year subscription.Commvault Cloud SaaS Jumpstart Services (Large - 3+ workloads) to support deployment, configuration, and optimization of the cloud backup environment.Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery SaaS for Virtual Machines, licensed in 10-VM packs to protect City virtual infrastructure (Qty 18).Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery for Files & Objects, providing additional coverage for unstructured data and object storage (Qty 2).The coverage term for all products and services shall be April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
