Community housing refers to social services in accordance with Section 21 b of the Social Care Act (1301/2014), where the service provider organizes for a social care client in a barrier-free and safe housing unit of an apartment that meets their needs, and the opportunity to participate in activities that promote social interaction offered there. Shared housing is arranged for a person, who needs it on the basis that his functional capacity has decreased and his need for treatment and care has increased due to old age, illness, disability or another similar reason. The service is mainly intended for elderly people, but the customers' service needs may vary, and the service is not limited to customers defined by age alone. The supplier is required that, if necessary, customers have the option to purchase meal service, clothing maintenance service and cleaning service. The offeror must submit an offer separately for each housing unit he/she offers in such a way that: 1) each offered housing unit is given its own offer in the system 2) the offer includes all the relevant information for that unit information (e.g. unit name, location, capacity, prices and other required information)3) combining several units in the same offer is not allowed.
