Description

This is a sources sought notice prepared in accordance with the solicitation format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) wants to identify businesses that can provide the IHS Office of Clinical and Preventive Services, Community Health Branch, with services outlined in section (vi) below.(ii) The solicitation number 75H70424R00009 is being issued as a Sources Sought Notice.(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.(iv) Pending sufficient industry responses, the Government intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation RFP following the closure of this sources sought notice. Pending insufficient industry response, a Sole Source award with the incumbent may be pursued. The NAICS code for the requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $15.0M.



(vi) IHS seeks professional assistance with the following services requirement:

Web-Based Interactive Distance Learning for Community Health Representative Programs in IHS and Tribal Programs.

*Please ignore the specification of Rockville, MD as the Place of Performance. Any location within the USA is acceptable. SAM now requires a selection for the City and State.
