Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals for the success of the grants, including but not limited to Davis-Bacon administration, Build America Buy America, and other federal regulation requirements, as specified in the executed grant agreements, see attached forms to be executed as part of any contract. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to support various tasks related to compliance reporting, federal and state grant administration, contract management, environmental services, overseeing critical infrastructure, public facilities, planning, and housing development. The City of Barre has been awarded three CDBG-DR grant awards as follows, two of which are subject to the services sought under this RFP: · Prospect Heights Housing Development Project - $5, 434, 242.
