PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICE for the Conduct of Procurement Training at Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur
T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S
-c LOCATION -
1. The venue must be in Brgy.Lasaca, hinatuan, Surigao del Sur
2. Must have enough parking space for vehicle/s
-c SESSION AREAS/ FUNCTION ROOMS --
1. Free use of air conditioned function room from 7:00AM until 10:00PM for four (4) day/s on Nov.. 2016
2. Function room should be closed and free from any interruptions from other functions of the service provider to ensure focused and conducive learning.
3. Function room should be conducive for at least 30 persons with extra space for activity area.
4. Participants and Training Team shall be entitled to free use of all hotel amenities and recreational facilities.
-c EQUIPMENT -
1. Provision of necessary equipment for function room (such as whiteboard with marker or pinboards - at least two, sound system, microphone - at least two, tables & chairs - at least corresponding to total number of participants and training team, etc) during training hours for free.
2. Free wi-fi use in function hall.
3. Hotel should have generator set to be used during blackouts so as not to hamper the training sessions/activities.
-c FOOD SERVICES -
1. Basic menu packages (two main dishes, one side dish, soup, dessert, unlimited rice and drinks) should be served but procuring entity has right to change the courses to suit special dietary requirements of the participants. Proposed menu will be approved by the end- user. Free buffer food good for at least 10 participants per class should be served upon request.
2. Free flowing coffee or choco drink and mineral water in the function room during training session.
-c SERVICE CREW -
1. There should be at least one stand-by attendant assigned in the session hall to facilitate or assist the needs of the participants and training team.
2. There should be trained personnel who can administer first aid and stand-by vehicle for emergency cases for the whole training duration on 24-hour basis.
3. There should be lifeguards on duty during pool hours for hotel that has swimming pool.
-c PAYMENT TERM -
1. Payment shall be made upon completion of service.
2. All duties, excise and other taxes and revenue charges, if any, shall be the supplier-s account.
3. All transactions are subject to withholding of creditable Value Added Tax (VAT) per Revenue Regulation No. 10-93.
