The selected operator will be responsible for pre-opening planning and mobilization, followed by long-term facility operations, programming, customer service, aquatics management, routine maintenance, and financial performance.The City intends to establish a long-term operating agreement that supports operational flexibility, financial sustainability, community access, and alignment with the City-s values and service expectations. The City welcomes proposals from qualified municipal recreation operators, nonprofit organizations, private recreation management firms, and other entities capable of furnishing, launching, operating, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive municipal community and recreation center.Request for Proposal packets may be viewed and downloaded via the City-s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
