Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to find a trainer or trainers who would create and carry out training programs based on the needs of the Customer for the target group of the training. The purpose of the training is to develop the ability of the participants to prepare and communicate to the target group clear, humane and well-structured messages, especially in face-to-face and over the phone, to reduce misunderstandings and the need for repeated appeals. The tender is divided into two parts - Part I "A clear message in customer communication" and Part II "Complex communication with the customer".
