The purpose of the consultation is to conclude framework agreements for “COMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR THE EPA NICE ECOVALLEE”. Framework agreements will be executed by purchase orders. This consultation is allocated as follows, each lot is constituting a separate framework agreement: - Lot No. 1: COMMUNICATION CONSULTING SERVICES, VISUAL IDENTITY, CREATION OF COMMUNICATION TOOLS AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT - Lot No. 2: ADVICE ON EDITORIAL COMMUNICATION AND CONTENT STRATEGY - PRESS RELATIONS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS The holder of lot no. 1 will support the EPA in the definition, design and implementation of communication systems to strengthen the visibility, readability and ownership of the Nice Écovallée project to its various audiences.
