This contract aims to support the SGPSO in: • the management and coordination of press relations, • press and institutional monitoring and analysis, • public affairs and strategic support, • the production of institutional documents necessary for external communication. The holder must: • ensure availability compatible with the requirements of the project; • guarantee the confidentiality of information; • participate, where applicable, in coordination meetings; • provide deliverables consistent with SGPSO-s expectations. • respect the deadlines set in the purchase orders for lot 2; Lot 1: Press Relations (PR) and Public Affairs (AP) In terms of Press Relations, the services include in particular: • the creation, updating and segmentation of a press file (regional and national and in specialized press) print, web, radio, TV; • writing press releases for national-scale operations (around 20/years) as well as files, elements of language, press responses associated with these operations; • the dissemination and follow-up of journalists as part of the press operations carried out; • coordination of interviews; • the realization of 2 media training sessions per year for the Director general and one of his deputies, specific media training for specific press operations (example: TV interviews); • processing media requests of national scope or of a sensitive nature; •...
