This tender relates to the contracting of one (1) full-service communications agency for the structural purchasing of various communications services and products. The desired services and products to be purchased cover both individual components of, as complete communication processes. Products and/or services that the Scheldestromen water board expects to purchase include: ● strategy and concept development, such as the production of campaigns and communication plans; ● design and DTP; ● realization of concrete resources, such as magazines, infographics, brochures, banners and content for social media; ● purchasing media for individual advertisements and structural pages in the regional door-to-door newspapers; ● corporate identity, management and possible updating ● it setting up, managing and monitoring social media campaigns; ● purchasing media for individual advertisements and structural pages in the regional door-to-door newspapers; ● corporate identity, management and possible updating ● photo, film and video services The contracting party The service reserves the right to carry out specific design and layout work in-house if desired.
