Avans wishes to take out two (2) framework agreements (one per plot) with a maximum of two (2) contractors for providing services for communication. The assignment will be divided into two plots. It is aimed within each parcel to contract one contractor. The following plots have been formed: plot 1: Communication advice Plot 2: Labor market communication The coherence in disciplines, the logical division as we see it in the market and the reflection in how DMCs and DP&O have been set up, has made us decide the plots in this way in to share. Plot 1 consists of strategic communication advice, and tactical and operational communication work. Plot 2 contains the development and development of a labor market strategy in resources, content and (recruitment) actions.
