The subject of the public contract is therefore all design and engineering activities, supply of technology and installation construction activities required for the full operation of the PV plant and its systems, connection to the distribution system and the supplier's commitment to perform PV plant warranty service. Part of the fulfillment is ensuring community sharing of produced surpluses electricity with other buildings owned by the city.
