The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The buildings at 55 Reynolds Drive, Brockville; 11 Hastings Drive, Brockville; and 275 Water Street, Prescott; all require new LVP flooring in the common areas. There will be no work inside the apartment units.
We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project.
It is expected that this project will be completed by November 1, 2026.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the overall bid, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 days past the end of the contract period.
