Tender Details

This contract concerns the carrying out, in an occupied environment within the residence located 18 rue Simonneau in Clichy - building B, of repair work on paintwork, wall coverings and floor coverings in several stairwells, including the occasional replacement of accessories and small equipment. Services include the treatment of surfaces and materials, particularly those containing lead, as well as related restoration work. For information only, the work include: - covering surfaces in circulation and common areas by painting; - repair of floor coverings. The execution of the work must take place in strict compliance with the site's own internal charter, which is binding on the holder and all of its subcontractors where applicable. As such, the holder will implement all necessary measures to limit nuisances, the safety of occupants and the protection of common areas. The description of the work is indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of the different technical sections, attached to the consultation file.
