The purpose of this contract is to put into service a shuttle for the Claude Debussy market in Sartrouville (78500). This consultation follows a declaration without follow-up from the previous consultation. The shuttle aims to encourage the arrival of the Sartrouvilloise customers at the Claude Debussy market. The transport service to the Debussy market is based on the following principles: -Free for the user; - Operation during the busiest period of the market session - Serving the almost the entire municipality: currently, this service is organized through 2 circuits called the North circuit and the South circuit. The current service runs every Thursday and Sunday throughout the year (52 weeks). The technical description is given in the specific technical clauses book (CCTP). This is an ordinary market. The contract does not include any additional services
