Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the commissioning inspection services of railway traffic remote control systems in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The description of the procurement object and the requirements set for it are presented in Appendix 1 Description of the procurement object.

The procurement decision establishes a framework arrangement, whichka's operating model is described in the request for tenders' appendix 1 Description of the procurement object.

The procuring entity selects as service providers of the framework arrangement all bidders who meet the suitability requirements set by the procuring entity for the bidder and who have submitted a bid in accordance with the request for bids.

Purchasing unitlae has the right, based on the law, to make a basic safety report on the employees of the service provider participating in the assignments that are the subject of procurement.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is four (4) years. After the fixed-term contract period, the contract can continue with option periods so that kuthe option period can also be one year or two years long. The framework arrangement can be valid for a maximum of six (8) years. The contract ends automatically, if the contract has not been terminated or the option period has been activated.

EXTENT OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT

The maximum value of the framework arrangementfor the entire contract period, including possible option periods and all reimbursed expenses (incl. travel expenses and additional and modification works) is 1, 900, 000 euros (VAT 0%).
