Commercial lease in the Future State of Completion in the town of Isle d'Espagnac Department 16 (Charente), with construction work on tertiary buildings and storage. As part of its reorganization, Enedis decided to regroup some of its so-called mixed activities (tertiary and storage) in the Angoulême metropolitan area on a single site, close to the D1000 road axis. Enedis is looking for: a mixed-use building (storage and tertiary) with a storage area exterior to be leased as part of a BEFA to meet its specific needs which will be specified in the documents of the upcoming consultation. Work to fit out the premises on behalf of Enedis will be carried out, in accordance with the documents of the upcoming consultation, and this before the delivery date of the buildings which constitutes the effective date of the BEFA.
