Commemoration of the Day of the Social Leader The Municipality of Recoleta requires contracting the comprehensive production service to carry out the meeting day with social leaders of the commune, which has the objective of bonding, coexistence and institutional recognition with those, and that, in the context of the commemoration of the National Day of the Social Leader, associativity, the exchange of successful neighborhood management experiences between the different neighborhood units of the commune and the direct communication channels between the body of leaders and local authorities are strengthened, consolidating the cohesion of the social fabric for the benefit of communal development. The performance of the activity is defined in an estimated way for Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. reception until 12:00 a.m. the next day after the end of the activity. The production of the activity must contemplate: ENCLOSURE: 1. Capacity and Habitability: Adequate capacity certified by the Seremi de Salud and Firefighters to accommodate a minimum of 900 people seated at tables, a maximum of 10 diners per table, maintaining clear evacuation routes. 2. Location and Accessibility: The venue must be located within the Region Metropolitan located no more than 30 kilometers from the commune of Recoleta, have paved access roads and comply with Law NO 20, 422 on Equal Opportunities and Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities, access ramps, adapted bathrooms and wide hallways. 3. Air conditioning: Central heating and air conditioning system operational and adequate for the total capacity of the room. 4. Infrastructure: modular tables, table linens, high standard tableware. 5.
