Part A - delivery of 4 command and communication cars (company command posts) Part B - delivery of 3 command and communication cars (company command posts). Part C - delivery of 2 command and communication vehicles (company command posts). The subject of the order was divided into parts. The Ordering Party allows in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law submitting partial offers. An offer may be submitted for one, two or three lots. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the contract for which an order may be awarded to one Contractor. Offers in each part of the order will be examined and assessed separately, i.e.: 1) Part A - delivery of 4 pieces of command and communication vehicles (company command posts), 2) Part B - delivery of 3 command and communication cars (company command posts). 3) Part C - delivery of 2 command and communication cars (company command posts). Detailed description and method implementation of individual parts of the order is included in the OPZ, i.e.: 1) for part A of the order in Annex No. 3A to the SWZ, 2) for part B of the order in Annex No. 3B to the SWZ, 3) for part C of the order in Annex No. 3C to the SWZ.
