This solicitation has been re-opened and the quotation deadline has been extended to Friday, 12 September 2025, at 4:00PM ET. Vendors who previously submitted a bid are required to resubmit proposals and may update pricing at this time.
A question and answer document has been added to the "Attachments" section, titled, "Q and A_HVAC Duct Cleaning_26 August". These are the questions asked during the site visit on 26 August 2025.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending on 1) the quality of quotations received and 2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
There is no technical Point of Contact for this Solicitation. As such, the Government will not be able to answer all contractor questions. A Site Visit has been scheduled to facilitate this shortfall (See Attachment 5 - Site Visit Details).
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services in accordance with the formation in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for HVAC Duct Cleaning as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and accompanying attachments.
