The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Central Office anticipates the issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project titled Combined Roof Project at the following institutions; Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook located in Ray Brook, NY, Federal Medical Center (FMC) Rochester located in Rochester, MN, and Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Waseca located in Waseca, MN.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the Combined Roof project. The project will require the removal and replacement of various roofs at multiple federal institutions. Please note that the attached Statement of Work is subject to change. The Attachments included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for this project. The solicitation will be posted at a later date.
