The subject of the order is the collocation service of computer equipment of the UMWM Data Processing Center. 2. The terms and conditions of the contract and the description of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which: will be included in the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right on the terms specified in the contract template (Appendix No. 1C to the SWZ). 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship.
