The ideal company will have proven expertise in maintaining ADA-compliant, accessible, secure, and user-friendly websites and deliver responsive, mobile-friendly design to ensure the website functions seamlessly across all devices, while offering hands-on technical support and be committed to delivering high-quality, budget-conscious solutions tailored to small teams.Preferred Partner Characteristics:Perform regular updates for WordPress core, plugins, and themes to ensure site security and functionality.Include SSL certificate implementation and secure hosting practices, ensuring data protection and user trust.Provide frequent, automated backups stored securely, provide at least 15 GB of storage, and offer rapid site recovery if needed.Proactively monitor for and mitigate security threats, including malware detection and removal.Offer advanced security features, such as firewalls and DDoS protection, and other risk mitigation measures.Manage hosting with guaranteed uptime, scalability, and comprehensive performance monitoring.Provide a Content Management System (CMS) that is easy for non-technical staff to update and maintain.Support the management of dynamic content, including news, events, and optimize media files (images, videos) for performance without sacrificing quality.Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase the sites discoverability.Conduct regular SEO audits and provide tailored recommendations.Provide on-demand technical support for the Collier MPO staff, including emergency support for critical issues, as well as routine troubleshooting.Assistance in the transition during any handover process.
