Collective Health Insurance World Description: The assignment concerns the design and implementation of a collective insurance arrangement offering a collective health insurance "world" (CZW) for a specific target group, namely those who fall under Article 25a of the Foreign Defense Personnel Facility System (VBD). This concerns: a. Relocating family members of a person placed abroad by the Client, not being one of the Regulation countries, and residing there defense official; b. Family members of a defense official posted by the Client to a diplomatic post and residing there; c. A person placed abroad by the Client and currently residing there civilian Defense official; d. The under a. and b. said family members until three (3) months after the death of the defense official. An income limit applies here: the family member who has moved with the minister's permission Defense official posted abroad (not being Regulation countries) may join the CZW, unless the family member: a. works outside the Netherlands and the income from this work exceeds the amount referred to in Article 8.14a, first paragraph, part a, of the Income Tax Act 2001; or b. receives a benefit under a foreign statutory social security scheme.
