Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów budowlanych o kodzie 17 09 04 (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) originating from residential properties and from points PSZOK, powstałych w wyniku robót budowlanych prowadzonych przez osoby fizyczne niebędące entrepreneurs. 2. The waste covered by the order will be transferred in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder (including the legally required sorting of waste into at least: wood, metals, glass, plastics, plaster and mineral waste (including concrete, brick, tiles, ceramic materials and stones). 3. The amount of waste to be collected and managed under the basic order is up to 2, 400 Mg. 4.
